Apple aficionados who also happen to love music rejoice. You can now edit your music playlist on your iPhone and seamlessly sync it to iTunes on your Mac without a hitch

Apple has released iTunes 12.4.3, a minor update that fixes a glitch that has vexed many users. Previously users of iOS devices who made edits and changes to their playlists on iPhones, iPods and iPads, for instance, found that their updated playlists could not be synced with and loaded onto their iTunes on their Macs. An Apple representative has informed MacRumors that “this update resolves an issue where playlist changes made on other devices may not on appear on iTunes.

Owners of Mac devices can download the iTunes 12.4.3 patch on the Mac Apple Store, whereas Windows users can access it through the Apple Software Update utility, Apple Insider notes. Cult of Mac reports that Windows users can also head to the Apple website to download the updated iTunes as well.

Apple Insider also observes that recent iTunes updates seem to have focused on correcting relatively minor flaws in the system. iTunes 12.4.2, which was rolled out a couple of weeks ago, for instance dealt with another minor, yet annoying bug that caused Apple Music tracks to suddenly stop playing back if they were less than one minute long.

iTunes has proven to be an invaluable and lucrative asset for Apple. The Washington Post reports that the music service made just under $6 billion last quarter and grew 19% compared to the same period last year.
