Apple may be preparing not one, but two fall events to unveil its next lineup of devices, claims well-known Apple leaker iHacktu Pro.

One event will unveil the iPhone 12, new Apple Watch versions, and new iPad models.

The other event, slated for October, is reserved for the Apple Glass, the first MacBooks with Apple Silicon, and more.

According to the leaked information which appeared on Twitter and then was deleted, Apple will hold its first keynote on September 8.

This event will be online-only, similar to the opening keynote for WWDC 2020. Apple will take the wraps off the iPhone 12 lineup at this event, alongside a new Apple Watch, and iPad models.

Inside information suggests Apple is on track to begin selling the iPhone 12 in October and the Pro in November.

Interestingly enough, the tipster also claims Apple is planning to announce the AirPower charging mat. After scrapping the first version of AirPower due to overheating issues, the company is rumored to be working on a second-generation device powered by the company’s A11 processor.

The company supposedly is also planning a second fall event for October 27. This event could be online or in-person, presumably depending on the status of the coronavirus pandemic.

This second event will focus on the iPad Pro. The company may also use this event to release the fist Apple Silicon Mac, including a 13-inch MacBook Pro and a MacBook model.

Apple also may use this occasion to introduce Apple Glass, its augmented reality smart glasses, if the event is held in person. If the company is forced to hold an online-only event, Apple may wait to unveil the Apple Glass.

These dates and potential announcements line up nicely with previous years and prevailing rumors.

Apple typically announces its iPhone models in September with an iPad event to follow in October.

Apple also is planning to begin selling its first ARM-based Macs by the end of the year, so it would be reasonable to expect the Cupertino company to showcase this new hardware during its October presentation.

The Apple Glass would be a pleasant surprise and also within the realm of possibility. Rumors from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and leakster Jon Prosser hint at a 2020 announcement.
