To celebrate the start of the new year, T-Mobile is offering a series of smartphone deals for new and existing subscribers, the carrier announced on Wednesday. The deals start this Friday, and T-Mobile notes that all three can be combined on the same account — but not the same line.

BOGO

The first of the offers is a “buy one, get one” deal on several major flagship devices when users switch to the Uncarrier. The offer is good on twelve major smartphones (up to $700) from three brands: Samsung, LG, and what T-Mobile calls “another major player” (hint: it’s Apple).

With a purchase of the following devices, customers will receive another one free.

  • Samsung Galaxy S8
  • LG G6
  • LG V30
  • LG V30+

For these devices, new subscribers will get $750 back.

  • Samsung S8+
  • Samsung Galaxy Active
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 8

Finally, for Apple’s major flagships, T-Mobile is offering $700 off the price of two iPhones.

  • iPhone X
  • iPhone 8
  • iPhone 8 Plus

$150 Off One Smartphone

For new and existing subscribers who only need one new smartphone, T-Mobile has a separate deal. Customers will be able to get up to $150 back via rebate if they purchase a new flagship from Samsung or LG. (Apple’s devices don’t seem to qualify for this offer, sadly.) These include:

  • Galaxy S8
  • Galaxy S8+
  • Galaxy S8 Active
  • Galaxy Note 8
  • LG G6
  • LG V30
  • LG V30+

Dump Verizon

In another jab at Verizon, T-Mobile is updating its deal for subscribers of that carrier. This “Get Out of The Red” deal involves T-Mobile paying off a subscriber’s smartphone when they switch to the Uncarrier and sign up for T-Mobile ONE Plus plan (or its international variant).

T-Mobile will give Verizon subscribers up to $650 on a virtual prepaid card to pay off 13 major smartphones when they switch. As part of today’s announcement, T-Mobile has added five devices to the original list of 8 smartphones — including the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, and the iPhone X.

Prior to the update, eligible devices included the iPhone SE and iPhone 6s and newer in both regular and Plus-model variants.
