With the Apple Watch Series 6 and iPad announcements out of the way, it’s time to focus on the iPhone 12.

We’ve already seen a slew of leaks about the hardware that Apple is planning to use in the iPhone 12. Now, it’s time to talk about product names.

The rumor mill’s latest intel suggests Apple will be calling its upcoming phones the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the iPhone 12 Pro, the iPhone 12, and the iPhone 12 mini.

This latest tidbit comes from often-correct leaker L0vetodream, who lists the supposed product names for the iPhone 12 below.

No big surprises here with the company allegedly sticking to its existing naming conventions for three of its four rumored phones. The fourth phone will borrow its name, in part, from the iPad lineup of tablets.

As expected, the largest phone in the bunch, the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 will be called the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

One step down from the Max will be the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro, which will be followed by the 6.1-inch iPhone 12.

Though they share the same size screen, the two phones couldn’t be more different. One significant difference between these two 6.1-inch handsets is the camera module. The iPhone 12 is rumored to ship with a dual-lens camera, while the iPhone 12 Pro may rock a triple-lens camera, possibly along with a LiDAR scanner.

At the bottom of the lineup is the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini, which could have a smaller notch at the top of the bezel and an iPhone 4 inspired design.

All four models of the iPhone 12 are expected to ship with OLED displays, 5G connectivity, and Apple’s A14 processor.

Apple is expected to unveil its next-generation iPhones in October at a yet-to-be-announced event.
