AirPods leaks just won’t die down. We got the AirPods 3 in October, but now we’re turning our attention to the AirPods Pro 2 that are expected for 2022.

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman and Ming-Chi Kuo, the new AirPods Pro will get their first redesign since hitting the market in October 2019.

They have been delayed and were expected to be released in 2021 alongside the AirPods 3, which replaced the AirPods 2, also released in 2019.

Recently MacRumors posted images of what they said would be the AirPods Pro 2, and I don’t think that is the case.

You see, those look like mockups that are on sale in China – and from what was shown in the pictures, they simply don’t match up with what credible sources have claimed.

New information has emerged stating the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) will be released in Q3 2022, this puts the release between July and September.

Now I don’t know about that release date, but one source did say they will feature a new design similar to the Beats Studio Buds, just in white. This information matches up with what reliable sources such as Ming-Chi Kuo and Mark Gurman have said earlier in 2021.

The price could be the same as the current generation. Apple is also working on new Beats headphones, which is now the more affordable approach to the AirPods lineup. What do you think about this information? Let us know on Twitter.
