Just like every year, Apple surprised us with a bunch of products at this month’s WWDC.

As much as we already knew the company was working on it, the Apple Vision Pro mixed-reality headset has already taken the world by storm — even if that’s mostly for its $3,500 price tag.

However, Apple isn’t done yet. If the rumors are true, the company still has a few more products to show off this year. Sure, some we’re already expecting, but there are also sure to be a couple of surprises to come.

The iPhone 15 Lineup

To nobody’s surprise, Apple is planning on releasing a brand new iPhone lineup in 2023. Just like every year, new iPhones are expected to arrive in September, likely as the new iPhone 15 series.

According to the rumors, Apple will continue to feature a 6.1-inch iPhone 15, a 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus, a 6.1-inch iPhone 15 Pro, and a 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Pro Max.

However, what will stand out this year are the Pro models, which rumors suggest will gain a periscope camera system that will offer better zoom capabilities without compromising quality.

If Apple follows suit from last year, only the Pro models will get a newer and faster A17 Bionic Chip, while the regular models feature the same A16 Bionic chip that the iPhone 14 Pro models currently use.

It’s also widely expected that Apple will also finally switch to a USB-C port instead of a Lightning port across the entire iPhone 15 lineup. This will be the first time we see this on an iPhone — if it actually happens.

Thanks in part to the new iOS 17 updates, you can also expect better performance and battery life.

Apple Watch Series 9

Apple has made it a tradition to release a brand new Apple Watch alongside each year’s new iPhone, and this year won’t be any different.

We expect Apple to release the Apple Watch Series 9, although we haven’t really heard much about this upcoming wearable, which leads us to believe this year’s Apple Watch won’t have many new changes.

There have been constant rumors about a new blood glucose sensor, but it seems Apple isn’t ready to release it to the world. Others speculate that we might see some features that are exclusive to the Apple Watch Ultra make their way to the more affordable Series 9, but there isn’t anything solid to back up this claim.

Overall, we’ll need to wait for Apple to show us anything new that’s coming to the Apple Watch. Plus, since there haven’t been many rumors about the other Apple Watches, we aren’t expecting Apple to release an Apple Watch Ultra 2 or an Apple Watch SE 3.

We Might See the First-Ever iPhone Ultra

There have been a number of rumors going around that Apple is working on a premium iPhone. Yes, if you can believe it, the current iPhone isn’t premium enough, apparently.

This new iPhone is rumored to be called ‘iPhone Ultra’ and could feature a more durable titanium design, just like the Apple Watch Ultra.

Another rumor going around is that, instead of having a USB-C port, this could be the first iPhone to have no ports at all. However, we’ll have to wait and see, as there have been rumors of a portless iPhone for quite a few years now.

Last but not least is the price. The iPhone Ultra, which might replace the iPhone 15 Pro Max, is said to cost at least $1,200, which would make it the most expensive iPhone yet.

The Basic iPads May (or May Not) See an Update This Year

With the hype of a new virtual and augmented reality headset, many of us have all but forgotten about other important Apple products like the iPad.

Well, it seems Apple may forget about them two. Granted. The basic iPad and the iPad Air saw an update in 2022, so we might not need another refresh so soon.

However, the iPad mini came out in 2021, and with all the new features it could have, it may be time to give the smallest iPad a bit of love.

According to rumors from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, we might only see a small update for the basic iPad, the iPad mini, and the iPad Air. According to Gurman, “this year won’t be anything more than a spec bump — if they arrive at all.”

As for the iPad Pro models, Apple is working on an update for both the 11-inch and 12.9-inch models, but these won’t appear before the first half of 2024.

A New M2 iMac

There’s no doubt that Apple is working on a new iMac, but it seems the new update might come sooner than expected.

According to the rumors, Apple might release a new iMac sometime during 2023. While we don’t know much about it just yet, it’s expected to bring the newer Apple processor, the M2 chip.

However, we’ve been hearing rumors since last year that Apple might take it one step further and introduce an M3 chip and use it on the new iMac. With that said, we’re still on the fence, so it’s best to expect the M2 chip instead.

What Are You Most Excited About?

Apple still has a lot of possible products that will definitely release in 2023. Whether you’re looking for a completely new iPhone or a new Apple Watch, there’s definitely a lot to be excited about.

Now, it’s time to play the waiting game and see what Apple has in store for us.
