Although iOS 8.2 hasn’t been released to the public yet, it appears as if Apple began seeding the first beta release of iOS 8.3 yesterday.

With the iOS 8.2 release not expected until March, the 8.3 beta release comes as quite a surprise. The update is reported to support wireless CarPlay connectivity – previously only available via a Lightning cable connection. The 8.3 beta also includes a new emoji picker, some new icons, and easier login functionality for users with two-factor Google accounts. 8.3 will also introduce Apple Pay support in China via the UnionPay network.

As previously reported, Apple is reportedly set to release iOS 8.2 in March, just ahead of the release of the Apple Watch. This is the first we’ve seen regarding iOS 8.3 and the scheduled release date is yet unknown. As always, stay tuned to iDropNews.com for further updates.
