It’s official, Apple’s next product event will stream live on April 20th, 2021 at 10 am PDT. The news comes shortly after Siri spilled the beans on the event’s date after a curious user asked the digital assistant bluntly when the event would take place.

While the event’s official invitation doesn’t tell us much (shown below), it’s common that the tagline and the unique Apple logo will drop us a few hints.

The event’s squiggly “Spring Loaded” logo appears to be drawn, suggesting that it will tie into new iPad devices as expected.

It’s also possible that a new Apple Pencil with mechanical changes like a clickable (spring-loaded) button could be unveiled.

Of course, we may be reading into the invitation too much – as the event takes place in the spring and may just be “loaded” with new announcements. While we expect that it’s a clever combination of everything – we’ll have to wait to see for sure.

What New Devices Could Be Coming?

AirTags, Apple’s own device-tracking tags with Ultra-Wideband support, have been rumored to launch (and have failed to launch) many times, but there’s a good chance we may finally see them this month.

We’re also likely to see new iPad Pros, with the updated 12.9-inch model receiving a Mini-LED display upgrade and both models gaining an improved A14X chip.

A new Apple Pencil may also be unveiled along with additional third-party partners for Apple’s Find My network.

As mentioned previously, the event will start at 10 am Pacific on April 20th. You can watch the event live at Apple.com.
