A recent interview with Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed his thoughts on a number of topics, specifically his vision for the future of the Apple Watch. Tim Cook believes that with all of apps that developers are working on, the Apple Watch will be something that users “won’t be able to live without anymore.”

Cook states that the Apple Watch will revolutionize people’s lives the same way that the iPhone and iPad did in previous years. Cook’s hope for the Apple Watch is impact people’s lives in a meaningful way with a breadth of surprising features. He also highlighted the advanced design of the Watch as well as the innovative ways of communication it will allow.

One of the more interesting features on the Apple Watch is it alerts you when you’ve been sedentary for too long. Basically, the watch will “tap” you on your wrist if you haven’t moved in the past hour. Along with health features, Apple Watch will also be able to communicate with Siri and purchase items with Apple Pay. Apple Watch is to start shipping in April with the lowest-end watch priced at $349.
