Do you loathe the prospect of scanning through perhaps thousands upon thousands of photos, just to find the ONE you’re looking for? Well, fortunately with Siri on iOS 9, that’s now a thing of the past. That’s right! You can now ask Siri to find photos for you — based on the location or at the time they were taken at, or by the name of the specific album it’s located in. This is an easy task, thanks in part to iPhone’s location-based, photo-mapping intelligence that knows when and where each of your photos were taken.

To search for photos with Siri, simply ask her to Show me photos from (insert location name here),” or even Show me photos from last month.” You can also specify a certain date, in particular, if you remember it by heart, of course. And, if you’ve created a custom album, you can also specify that particular album by name as well.
