Apple unveiled its new iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max on Tuesday, and alongside those devices, the Cupertino company also unveiled a new lineup of cases with a new “woven” brand.
TechWoven Cases
TechWoven cases use a new technical woven fabric that is created using multiple colored yarns made of 100 percent recycled polyester. The yarns are woven together on a Jacquard loom, which Apple says creates a dimensional texture and rich depth of color. A protective coating is applied, designed to resist scratches and stains.

In addition, the sides of the cases are coated with a lightly textured TPU to provide a better grip. Refined anodized aluminum buttons on the sides of the case are designed to provide responsive feedback.
The cases have built-in magnets that allow for quick alignment with iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, allowing users an easy-to-use charging experience and faster wireless charging. The case is compatible with MagSafe chargers, as well as Qi2 25W or Qi-certified chargers.
Apple says the cases have undergone thousands of hours of testing throughout the design and manufacturing process, ensuring that the cases look great while protecting your iPhone from scratches and drops.
TechWoven cases will be available in five colors: black, blue, purple, sienna, and green.
A TechWoven Case with MagSafe will be available for $59 (US).
Crossbody Strap
The new TechWoven Cases can be used with Apple’s new Crossbody Strap, providing a hands-free way for users to wear their iPhones.
The new strap is made from 100% recycled PET yarn and has embedded flexible magnets, as well as stainless steel sliding mechanisms, allowing users to easily adjust the length of the strap while keeping both straps aligned securely.

Apple’s new TechWoven cases feature two connection points that securely attach to the Crossbody Strap, allowing users to conveniently wear their iPhone hands-free.
The Crossbody Strap will be available in 10 colors: black, light gray, blue, light blue, purple, sienna, green, neon yellow, tan, and orange.
The Crossbody Strap will be available for $59 (US).
FineWoven Wallet
While it’s not technically a new product, Apple is still offering its FineWoven Wallet with MagSafe, designed to keep your ID and credit cards close at hand. The wallet supports Find My, allowing users to find the wallet’s last known location if it is lost.
The wallet is made from microtwill, which Apple says has a smooth and seamless feel. The FineWoven material is made from 100% post-consumer recycled content, and Apple claims it significantly reduces carbon emissions compared to leather.

The FineWoven wallet supports up to three cards and features a shielded design, making it safe for credit cards.
The wallet includes built-in magnets that allow it to snap into place on the back of the iPhone. The wallet can even be stacked on top of a case with MagSafe.
The FineWoven Wallet will be available for $59 (US) in black, navy, midnight, purple, fox orange, and moss.
AirTag FineWoven Key Ring
Apple’s AirTag FineWoven Key Ring also remains in the lineup. Created from durable microtwill, has a suede-like feel and is made from 68% post-consumer recycled content. A stainless steel ring is provided for your keys, and it fits snugly over your AirTag to keep it secure.
The AirTag FineWoven Key Ring will be available for $35.00 (US)
Other iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max Cases
In addition to unveiling TechWoven cases for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, Apple also showed off other case options this week. These include a clear case for $49 (US), a Silicone Case with MagSafe for $49 (US), and a new bumper case for the ultra-slim new iPhone Air for $55 (US).
