As part of their growing mission to gain a foothold in the U.S. phone market, Chinese-based manufacturer Huawei is bringing a new flagship-killer stateside.

Huawei-subsidiary Honor released the Honor 8 in China earlier this summer. Now, it seems, Honor’s latest offering is slated for a release in the US.

While the Honor 8 is not technically Huawei’s main flagship, it offers top-of-the-line specifications for a flagship killer price.

The Honor 8 is a glass-backed, premium-design phone with a 5.2-inch full HD display. The glass back refracts light, and Huawei says it suits millennials who demand that their smartphone stand out among other devices.

It also features a dual 12-megapixel camera system — one of the cameras captures images in standard RGB color, while the second camera shoots in monochrome.

The two images are processed simultaneously to create one photo, which Huawei says is a more detailed and better image — “three times” better than single-lens images, in fact, according to ARS Technica.

The device has 4 gigabytes of memory and fast-charging capabilities. It is also outfitted with the Huawei-built Kirin 950 chipset, which will make it the first phone to feature a Kirin processor in the United States and it’ll ship running Android Marshmallow.

Get yours in one of two different storage options: either a 32- or 64-gigabyte model, and both are expandable with a microSD slot.

While Huawei is not widely known in the US, it’s the third largest smartphone manufacturer worldwide — and the largest in its home country of China.

But the phone might just help the Chinese company break into the U.S. market, especially when it’s going to be priced at $400 for the 32GB model, and $450 for the 64GB model.

Premium features at an affordable price might help the Honor 8 become the millennial-aimed, flagship killer Huawei needs it to be.

The phone goes on sale tomorrow, and will ship to customers by the end of the month, Huawei said.
