Here is my weekly article answering your most frequently asked questions. I found some very interesting topics to talk about this time, so let’s get started!
Will There Be Another Apple Event (or Announcement) Before the End of 2021?
No, I do not expect another Apple event or announcement this year. Rather, I expect Apple to announce several new products in the first quarter of 2022.
Will the iPhone 14 Pro Have a Notch or a Punch Hole?
Well, the real answer is: I don’t know yet. I am 80% sure we will see the punch-hole display next year, but I have also received information that Apple is working on an improved TrueDepth camera system with Face ID.
So unless they keep it specifically for the iPhone 14 and 14 Max, there is a chance that the 14 Pro will end up with a notch – but I think the punch-hole display has a better chance right now.
What’s Your Take on the Apple Watch Series 8 Pro?
I do not know anything about the marketing name, but I do know that a 48mm Apple Watch is in the works. In my opinion, that name would not really make sense unless it’s the extreme sports edition. I’ll keep you posted on this topic as soon as I have more information on it.
Will the M2 Processor Be Significantly Better Than the M1 Chip?
I don’t think so. I expect the M2 to be between 10 and 20% faster than the M1. It’s not a crazy upgrade, but it will be worth the wait.
Thanks so much for reading. Don’t forget to Tweet us all of your questions, and I’ll try to answer each of them! Have a great day.
