These Apple Products Are Still Coming in 2025

While Apple’s 2025 WWDC was a good event for Apple fans all over the world, there was one thing that was missing: a new product. Of course, no one was really expecting that Apple would release a brand new product during its keynote, as the company rarely does anymore.
However, there was still some hope, especially because of the leaks and rumors. Numerous rumors suggest that Apple is developing multiple products, some of which may actually launch in 2025.
Just because we didn’t see any new products during the presentation doesn’t mean they aren’t coming. Here are all the products that Apple will (probably) launch in 2025.
iPhone 17

This one is already a given. We already know that Apple will obviously launch a brand-new iPhone lineup as it does every year.
However, the rumors this year are pointing to a different kind of iPhone: the first-ever iPhone Air. Rumor has it that Apple will launch an “iPhone 17 Air” this year, replacing the iPhone Plus.
And what’s new with this iPhone 17 Air? Well, for starters, it will be the thinnest iPhone ever. According to rumors, this iPhone may be up to 2 millimeters thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro, which measures 8.25 mm in thickness.
If that’s true, the iPhone 17 Air should have an ultra-thin body measuring 6.25 millimeters. Other rumors suggest that this model might be only 5.5 mm thick, which would be impressive and scary if you were around back when Apple’s “bendgate” problems were a thing.
Still, it’s worth noting that this will be the iPhone’s thinnest point. The iPhone will still be slightly thicker overall thanks to the camera bump, which might add 2 or 3 mm.
Speaking of camera bumps, all iPhone 17 Pro models are rumored to get a new camera design. Now, the bump on the back will be horizontal, similar to the design of the Google Pixel 9. Some people love it, some hate it, and some don’t believe it’s true, but it appears that this is the new design Apple is aiming for this year.
Another huge improvement will be the refresh rate. According to rumors, all iPhone 17 models will feature a 120 Hz refresh rate, which means you won’t have to pay over $1,000 to get this feature.
The iPhone 17 lineup is rumored to launch during the fall. Most likely, Apple will announce them during September, as it usually does.
New Apple Watch Models
Just like the iPhone, we’re also pretty sure that Apple will launch a new Apple Watch model this year, as it’s almost a tradition at this point.
This year, we expect Apple to launch three new Apple Watch models. First, there’s the Apple Watch Series 11, which Apple updates yearly. Also, since Apple didn’t update these last year, we’re expecting to see a new Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Ultra.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Apple will bring any significant redesigns to this year’s Apple Watch models. We’re mostly expecting a few changes on the inside.
Rumors suggest that Apple may introduce new health features to the Apple Watch Series 11 and Apple Watch Ultra 3. Notably, these models could receive a new blood pressure sensor, as well as other health features. Of course, it’s worth noting that we’ve heard rumors about a blood pressure sensor for a long time before even the Apple Watch Series 9 came along, but this might be the year.
Additionally, the Apple Watch Ultra 3 may receive a new feature that enables it to send emergency texts via satellite.
On the other hand, we haven’t heard many rumors about the Apple Watch SE, which leads us to believe it won’t see a massive update this year.
We expect Apple to launch these three new Apple Watch models alongside the iPhone 17 lineup later this year.
AirPods Pro 3
We’ve heard about the AirPods Pro 3 for a while now, and some even found that they were mentioned in iOS 26’s beta code. Still, if you believe rumors, the new AirPods Pro might not come out in 2025 at all.
The good news is that, according to many reports, this will be a substantial update. Rumors have it that the AirPods Pro 3 will feature a new design on both the earbuds themselves and their charging case. Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly what this change will be at this moment.
Of course, we’re also expecting improvements to both sound quality and Active Noise Cancellation. What’s really surprising is that Apple might add a couple of health features to the AirPods Pro 3.
According to some rumors, Apple has been working on features like temperature and heart rate monitoring for the AirPods Pro for a few years now, so we might finally see them with these new models.
At first, we thought the AirPods Pro 3 would launch this year, probably alongside the iPhone 17 models. However, some analysts claim that Apple might not release them until 2026. We’ll have to wait and see if this year’s September event proves them right or not.
M5 iPad Pro
Just last year, Apple updated both iPad Pro models with a new Apple silicon chip and the thinnest body we’ve seen in any Apple product. But if you didn’t buy that model, you might want to wait until the end of the year, as Apple might launch an even more powerful iPad Pro in 2025.
Some rumors suggest that Apple will launch the M5 iPad Pro models near the end of the year. As of now, the only information available is that Apple will upgrade the chip inside, so don’t expect any design changes this time around.
M5 MacBook Pro
In 2024, Apple also upgraded the MacBook Pro models, introducing the M4 chip while retaining the same design that has been familiar since 2021.
This year, Apple is rumored to introduce a new set of MacBook Pros featuring the more powerful M5 chip while maintaining the same design as last year’s MacBook. That’s right, we won’t see any major redesign this year, either, as it appears Apple will focus solely on the processor.
With that said, if you’re willing to wait, the rumors say that Apple will redesign the 2026 MacBook Pro models, which will definitely be worth the wait.
Still, if you’re interested in the M5 MacBook Pro, rumors suggest that Apple will launch it sometime during October.
AirTag 2
It’s been four years since Apple launched the AirTag in 2021. And since then, the company has pretty much forgotten about it. Of course, the AirTag is really good at what it does, so there’s no reason to update it, right?
Well, after years of waiting, Apple is finally bringing the second-generation AirTag. The new AirTag is expected to feature a better, louder speaker, making it easier to find, and a new Ultra Wideband chip, which would give the AirTag a greater range.
Unfortunately, the design is expected to remain the same. So expect the same round shape with no keychain hole. After all, why fix something that hasn’t been broken yet? Except that it is broken, but fixing it means you won’t buy the extra case that costs up to $35. You’ve got to keep your trillion-dollar status somehow.
We aren’t exactly sure when Apple plans to release the new AirTags, but rumors say it will happen in 2025.
New HomePod Devices
The HomePod family hasn’t received much love from Apple. Sure, we’ve seen a couple of refreshes, but that hasn’t been anything new for the HomePod in quite some time.
Luckily, it seems like that might change in 2025. There have been rumors that Apple is working on not one but two HomePod devices.
First, there’s the new HomePod mini 2. Rumor has it that Apple will refresh the small home assistant and introduce a new S-series chip, which will make it faster and more capable than before. Additionally, the company will also add Apple-designed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chips, which should make the HomePod mini faster than the current version.
The design should remain the same, but Apple will change the colors this time around.
However, what’s truly exciting is the rumor that Apple is working on a completely new HomePod with a 7-inch display, which would be a first for the company.
The HomePod’s display will make it easier to use and control without using your voice, and it will bring a lot of new capabilities, like support for widgets and other apps.

Besides the new hardware, Apple is also rumored to be working on a new operating system for the HomePod. The OS is supposed to be called homeOS, and many were actually expecting to see it during this year’s WWDC, which, of course, didn’t happen.
Still, Apple might launch both homeOS and the new HomePods sometime this year. We don’t exactly know when, but the HomePod mini was launched in November 2020, which means we could see a similar launch date this year.
Apple Isn’t Done Yet
Although the company didn’t launch any new products during WWDC, we can still expect many new updates this year. We already know the new iPhones and Apple Watch models are coming, but there are a ton of products that Apple can still surprise us with.
Of course, these are all rumors and speculations, so remember to take them with a grain of salt. We’ll have to wait until Apple announces these products to see which rumors were right and which ones weren’t.
