Apple had an incredible year even with chip shortages and other problems that plagued its supply chain. However, Apple made an odd move with the Apple TV in 2021; the new Siri Remote launched without some necessary components for gaming. With that being said, many rumors have circulated about a new Apple gaming controller – and here’s more.

Apple’s gaming controller has been delayed due to the chip shortage and supply chain deficiencies plaguing other Apple product launches as well. Although, this does give developers even more time to patch up games with updated controls if they need to.

In addition, The Verifier is right about Apple Arcade+ being in development, and the target release was an event in Q4 2021, but many problems, including the COVID crisis, have led Apple to focus on getting music products out for the holiday season, not its gaming offerings.

Apple Arcade+, from what I’ve heard, will offer some of the more significant titles Apple has been working on for the game console, but to be played on your current Apple devices.

The new target release for this Apple Arcade+ is now sometime in 2022, or possibly later, but it all depends on shortages and supply for a cohesive launch. What do you think about this? Let us know!
