6 New iPhones

Apple is largely expected to debut three new iPhones in the fall, similar to last year. But unlike 2017, there will reportedly be two OLED models.
- iPhone X Successor with a 5.8-inch OLED display in the $800 to $900 price tier.
- iPhone X Plus with a 6.5-inch OLED display in the $900 to $1,000 price tier.
- Mid-range iPhone with a 6.1-inch LCD display in the $600 to $700 price tier.
All three models are expected to sport “iPhone X” features, like Face ID, a slim bezel design and wireless charging. They’ll also pack incremental upgrades and likely Apple’s new A12 chip.
There are also rumors that Apple could simplify its iPhone naming scheme this year.
The mid-range LCD iPhone could just be dubbed “iPhone,” while the OLED model would be named “iPhone X” and “iPhone X Plus,” respectively. This is similar to how Apple names its Mac computers and iPads.
