Following months of rumors, Apple finally unveiled its third-generation AirPods. The latest earbuds from the Cupertino company borrow heavily from the AirPods Pro and the AirPods Max.

They feature Adaptive EQ that adjusts the equalizer to each individual and the music they listen to. Spatial Audio is another feature ported from the AirPods Pro that brings a surround-sound feel to the AirPods. Not only does it project sound from all directions, but it also adapts the direction of the sound to a person’s movement.

Last but not least is a smart redesign with smaller stems for a more comfortable fit.
