Some of us can be forgetful. We might forget small things, like what to buy at the store, or bigger things, like getting a gift for our friend.

Whatever it is, if you don’t want to forget about something important, you’re probably already using your iPhone’s Reminders app. And if that’s the case, you know how much it can save you on any given day.

But what if you’re going somewhere where you won’t have access to your iPhone? Or maybe you want to give someone your list of reminders but don’t want to share it digitally.

Whatever the reason is, Apple has a solution for you: you can print any reminder list directly from your iPhone in just a few taps. Read on to find out how.

How to Print Your Reminders Lists on iPhone

Printing your reminders is incredibly easy, and all you need to do is follow these steps:

  1. Open the Reminders app.
  2. Scroll down and select the list you want to print.
  3. Tap the three-dot button in the top right corner of your screen.
  4. Select Print.
  5. From here, you can change the settings you want and see a preview at the bottom of your screen.
  6. When you’re done, tap on Print on the top right side of your screen.

And that’s it. As you’ll notice, the Reminders app will print all the reminders on that list, as well as the details of each reminder, like the day and time you need to complete them and the subtasks you added to each reminder.

As an additional tip, you tap the share icon from the print screen and select Save to Files to save your reminders as a PDF document you can share via email or print later.

Print All Your Reminders

Of course, not all of us will need to print your reminder lists all the time, but it’s still a helpful feature worth knowing in case you need it.

Following these steps can also help you share your reminder lists as a PDF file with other non-iPhone users.
