2 32-Bit Apps Are Not Working

Apple officially announced that 32-bit apps will no longer work in iOS 11, so this is not really a software bug. If you want to use an app that is 32-bit, then the only option is to either wait for the developer to update it for 64-bit or you could downgrade back to iOS 10.3.3 which supports 32-bit apps.
