Apple’s Health app is filled with many different ways to keep track of and improve your health, and sleep is one of them.
Whether you have an Apple Watch or not, you can use the Health app to do things like track your sleep cycles and make sure you’re sleeping at least eight hours a day. Don’t worry, though; you can adjust your sleep goal to whatever you want.
But that’s not all; the Health app is also a great way to create good habits before you go to bed. The app lets you create a Wind Down schedule, which will help you turn on your Sleep Focus so you don’t get distracted by notifications.
You can still use your iPhone during that time, but it would be best to leave it there and start reading or doing another activity.
