We’ve learned that Apple will most likely be announcing the iPhone 6S on September 9th. More importantly, the highly sought-after device should be available for pre-order on the 11th (bumped up from the previously reported date of the 18th).

It is likely that we will see the iPhone 6S in stores on September 18th (bumped up from the previously reported date of the 25th). All of the information we have gathered sums up to a quicker iPhone 6S release schedule, which is enough to make any eagerly waiting upgrader happy.

Rumors have continuously jumped back and forth regarding the iPhone models Apple plans to release in the fall. Some sources state the iPhone 6C is in production and will be released concurrently with the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus.

Other sources suggest that the iPhone 6C has been scratched all together, a belief that 54% of our readers also agree with. Interestingly, 13% of our readers believe that Apple has ditched not only the iPhone 6C, but the 6S Plus as well!
