Send Messages Using Any App
Siri is the perfect companion for when you have your hands full but want to reach out to someone. With just a few commands, Siri can send a message to anyone on your contacts list.
By saying something like, “Hey Siri, send a message to [Name],” Siri will ask you what the message is about and send it without having to use your hands.
By default, Siri will send that message with the Messages app, but you can take it one step further by specifying which messaging app you want to use.
For instance, you can say something like, “Hey Siri, send a Whatsapp message to [Name].” If this is your first time, Siri will ask you for permission to access your Whatsapp app and data. Afterward, you can choose the contact you want, tell Siri the message, and it will take care of the rest.
