2 macOS High Sierra Vulnerabilities
While complaints about Apple’s software are usually levied at the company’s iOS operating system, macOS isn’t without its own share of faults. This year’s macOS High Sierra, in particular, was bogged down by two critical security vulnerabilities.
The first vulnerability was discovered soon after it launched, and it let hackers access all of the passwords in a user’s Keychain in plain text. Last month, another vulnerability was discovered that gave unauthorized access to macOS administrator privileges without a password. Thankfully, Apple has patched both of these issues.
