The Return of the iPad Air

We all were expecting a new iPad Air to be announced during Apple’s keynote, but it was still impressive. The new iPad Air is basically an iPad Pro mini at this point. This new iPad now features an M1 chip, just like the 2021 iPad Pro. This means that the new iPad Air took performance to the next level. According to Apple, it can now outperform the best-selling Windows laptop in the same price range.

Another big change is that the cellular model now supports 5G, a new feature coming to the iPad Air, and Apple wants to implement it across all its cellular devices. Apple also confirmed that the new iPad Air supports Center Stage, which will help you become the center of attention during all your FaceTime calls. 

But the biggest news was the price. The 64GB iPad Air starts at $599. Sure it’s still on the expensive side, but it’s also more affordable than the current iPad Pro, which makes it an even better deal.
