Track Your Workouts and Physical Activity
Before Apple Fitness+, your Apple Watch could already track all your workouts with the Workout app.
Workout lets you start different workouts with your Apple Watch and track how well you’re doing. You can track how much time you work out and even your heart rate during every workout you do. All your activity will be automatically stored in your Activity Ring, so you can track and gamify your fitness.
And if you want to take it one step further, you can use Apple Fitness+ and try one of the many curated workouts Apple has available on the platform.
