Apple Fitness
To start, you should take a look at Apple’s very own workout app. Cleverly called Apple Fitness, this app comes built into your iPhone and your Apple Watch, and features hundreds of self-paced workouts from running and cycling to dance and open water swims that you can track for free.
However, if you’re really serious about getting in shape, you may want to take a look at Apple Fitness+, the company’s subscription-based workout platform that adds video coaching for a wide variety of workout types, plus Time to Walk and Time to Run audio workouts.
From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to strengh, dance, and mediation, you’ll find something for every fitness goal or mood. Once you have your desired workout style, you can also choose to filter by length, required equipment, music, or even focus on your favorite trainer.
In iOS 17 and watchOS 10, you can also now build custom plans to help you focus on what you want to do and what goals you’re trying to reach.
Plus, since this is an Apple product, you know it works flawlessly with your iPhone and Apple Watch.
