A16 Bionic, 6GB of RAM, ProMotion
Before, it was expected that Apple would use advanced 3-nanometer technology to create the iPhone 14’s chip, but that’s not expected anymore. Now, it’s expected that Apple’s partner TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company), will create the chip using a 4-nanometer manufacturing process. It’s also expected that this will be called the A16 Bionic chip, following the current trend. All four iPhone 14 models are expected to ship with 6GB of RAM and 120Hz ProMotion Displays.
