Apple has taken huge leaps in advancing its iPhone cameras, especially this year as it introduced an ultrawide camera lens to the iPhone 13 Pro models that enables macro-photography, creates less photo noise, enhances brightnes, and more.

It doesn’t seem like iPhone cameras can get much better, but the iPhone 14 is certain to prove it can. The most drastic improvements are expected to be to the front camera next time around, focusing on enhancing its auto-focus features.

As for the rear camera, Kuo reported to 9to5mac that the iPhone 14 Pro models will be increase to 48-megapixels, which is a huge upgrade from the 12-megapixel sensor in iPhone 12.
