Remember Not Everyone Is a “Genius” 

Most of the people working at an Apple Store are not a “Genius.” Most Apple Stores employ 80-120+ people. However, approximately only 4-10 of them will be a “Genius.”

What sets a Genius apart from everyone else, is that they’ve been certified by Apple to repair iOS devices AND Macs. Most of the technicians that work at the Genius Bar only take reservations with customers for iOS devices.

So if you happen to be in an appointment for your iPhone, and then ask questions about problems with your Mac, believe them when they say “I don’t have the answer for that.”
