New Sleep Tracking App
We’ve known about Apple’s first sleep tracking app for a while now. But if you never had the chance to try it, now it’s a perfect time.
You can track how much and how well you sleep with your iPhone and the Health app on your iPhone. You can also customize your time to go to bed and even create a Wind Down time where your iPhone and Apple Watch won’t disturb you before you go to bed.
The downside? Your Apple Watch’s battery life. Since you have to wear your Apple Watch when you go to bed, you won’t have the chance to charge it while you’re sleeping.
If you’re running low on battery, your Apple Watch will tell you it needs to charge before you go to bed. Still, if you don’t have to rush in the morning, you should give it a try. The Sleep tracking app works pretty well, and it’ll give you a lot of useful information to improve your sleep and your night routine.
