Improve Your Quality or Save Data
When you start using Apple Music, the default settings make it so you won’t waste too much of your data. This is a great feature if you’re using an affordable wireless service plan that only gives you a few gigabytes of data each month.
However, if you don’t have to worry about your cellular data plan, then you can bump up your music quality in the Settings app.
All you have to do is go to Settings app and scroll down to Apple Music. Select Cellular Data, and then you’ll see below the word streaming the option for ‘High Quality Streaming’.
Now you can choose to toggle High Quality Streaming on to have better quality and use more cellular data or to turn it off and save your data.
