More Customization Features for the iPhone’s Home Screen

This is one of the biggest wishes from iPhone users in a long time, and it’s also one of the things that Android users have criticized the most about iOS.

Before, you could only rearrange your apps from the top left to the bottom right without any option to add a widget or app in a different place.

But now, with iOS 18, you’ll be able to place and rearrange your apps however you want, just like on Android. Granted, iOS 18 still forces you to use the invisible grid to place your apps, but you can place the apps and widgets spaced out anywhere on the grid, up, down, left, or right.

Not only that but there are new customization features that let you change the color of the apps’ icons so they match your wallpaper.
