You Can't Fully Disable Wi-Fi or Bluetooth in iOS 11's Control Center

Newer operating systems, ostensibly, are supposed to be an improvement — but in some cases, iOS 11.1 users are reporting that the new update is causing their phones to slow down.

Some instances of OS lag have been fixed, but other users are reporting slow response times and general glitchiness when performing tasks like typing in or sharing to Messages, swiping between screens, and opening the Control Center.
