A New Vitals App Is Coming to the Apple Watch

The Apple Watch is the best health accessory most of us have, and it’s getting better with watchOS 11.
This update introduces a new app called Vitals. The Vitals app will keep track of important data and report when something in your vitals is off.
For instance, you’ll be able to use this app to track things like your heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, and skin temperature. If your Apple Watch “feels” like one of these metrics is off, it’ll notify you that one or more vitals are out of range.
These changes can happen for many reasons, including sickness, alcohol consumption, or doing something out of the ordinary. However, they’ll give you a quick note so you know which things aren’t healthy for you in the long run.
