You can also set reminders so you never forget to drink a bit of water every now and then. And when you’re too busy to reach for your iPhone, you can log how much water you’ve drank with the Apple Watch app.
You can see your progress throughout the day or the week and even get a few achievements to give you a small reward for your hard work.
