Even though the AirPods Pro 2 have had many cool software updates, we haven’t seen even a minor refresh since 2023 — and that was primarily to switch to USB-C.

So, the time is right for Apple to give us a new pair of AirPods Pro in 2025. According to some rumors, the third-generation AirPods Pro might get a new design. However, we don’t know exactly what that design might look like.

We also expect better sound quality and an upgrade to Active Noise Cancellation and Adaptive Audio.

Last but not least, there have been rumors that Apple might add some health features to the AirPods Pro this time. If that’s true, the AirPods Pro could theoretically keep track of your body temperature and heart rate.
