Andrei Manuilov (Moscow, Russia)
Shot on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, this composition caught the eye of Singaporean photographer Darren Soh who said it was "an amazingly well-balanced composition that throws so many questions back at the viewer — ‘Where is this? Who lives here?’ — and perhaps the most important — ‘Why is laundry hanging out to dry at night?"
Konstantin Chalabov (Moscow, Russia)
Both Apple SVP Phil Schiller and photographer Brooks Kraft says this image looked like it was pulled straight from a movie. Schiller even quipped that it "could be the opening shot of a great Cold War spy movie." Shot with an iPhone 11 Pro.
Rubén P. Bescós (Pamplona, Navarra, Spain)
If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this photograph is equal to a novel. Both Apple's Phil Schiller and photographer Alexvi Li feel the photo is more than a still. According to Schiller, it "magically uses light to bring this art installation in Spain to life." While Li adds that the "simple composition quickly draws viewers into a story, while delivering good image quality.” Shot with an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Rustam Shagimordanov (Moscow, Russia)
Visual reporter Malin Fezehai raves about this "beautifully captured landscape" and "loves how the lights in the red cabins give a sense of warmth in the cold." Apple marketing VP Kaiann Drance echoes this sentiment by calling the photo, "A captivating shot of a winter village by the sea, which must feel cold, yet looks warm with the glow against the rocks and lights inside the red cabins." Captured using an iPhone 11.
Yu “Eric” Zhang (Beijing, China)
Raw and real, this photo by Yu "Eric" Zhang "represents iPhone at its best,” says Apple software VP Jon McCormack. "The sense of moment, intimacy and place in this image is very good. It really transports the viewer to being right there.” Shot with an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Mitsun Soni (Mumbai, Maharashtra, India)
Photographer Tyler Mitchel says, "This one blows my mind" and we have to agree. It's the deep red color that stands out to both Mitchell and creative director Arem Duplessis who added, “The rich red color of the tree and ground gives this picture an otherworldly quality." Shot with an iPhone 11 Pro.
