Everything Apple Might Reveal During Its WWDC Event

This year's Worldwide Developers Conference is just around the corner. Like every year, Apple will use this opportunity to show the world (and its developers) everything that's coming in the software and sometimes even in the hardware department.
Even though the WWDC is mostly for developers — hence the name — it's also an opportunity for fans to get excited about the future of the iPhone, Mac, and many other Apple products.
Not only do we get a glimpse at what Apple has been working on, but there have been times when we even get an upgrade to an old product.
This year will be no different. We'll see new updates and features that will get us excited, and maybe, just maybe, we'll even see a new product. Read on for eight new things we hope to see during Apple's 2025 WWDC.
iOS 19

It's pretty much guaranteed that we'll see iOS 19 in action during this year's WWDC. If rumors are correct, this might be a big and substantial update.
For starters, there are rumors that Apple will give iOS its most significant redesign in 12 years. The changes that we've heard include more rounded icons, translucent menus, and round floating tab bars.
Additionally, Apple might redesign the Camera app to make it more straightforward. There are also rumors that the Health app will get a bunch of new AI features, and a new option to track your foods and nutrients.
The design changes will occur across all of Apple's operating systems. According to rumors, Apple will make this change so all devices look and feel similar to visionOS.
iPadOS 19
Like iOS 19, the iPad will also get an upgrade in its design. However, rumor has it that the iPad will look similar to visionOS and also look and feel more like a Mac than ever.
The biggest rumor is that Apple will introduce a new menu bar at the top of the iPad so you can control it like a Mac. The catch? This change will only happen when you connect it to a Magic Keyboard. We don't know if it would also work with third-party Bluetooth keyboards, but if not, that would force users to get a Magic Keyboard if they want to become more productive on the iPad.
macOS 16
Your Mac will also get an upgrade this year, although we don't know much about it. The biggest rumor we've heard is in the design department. As we mentioned before, Apple is planning on changing the look of most of its operating systems, which will give us one of the biggest design changes on Mac in years.
As part of the redesign, Apple will supposedly change the design of nearly everything, including icons, menus, and buttons. The company is also planning on changing the design of the windows and making several different menus more translucent, similar to visionOS.
Additionally, Apple plans to make the Mac navigation more straightforward, so it's easier to use.
watchOS 12
As expected, the Apple Watch will also receive an update this year. However, this year's update might not be as big as those for other Apple devices.
We've only heard rumors about a change in the watchOS design and interface. However, it won't be as big of a change as on the iPhone. The Apple Watch might get icons and an interface inspired by visionOS, but not at the same scale, and it might not even happen when watchOS 12 launches. Instead, rumors suggest that we might see these changes later this year.
Additionally, we expect Apple to introduce the upgraded Apple Health app, which has been rumored. This app would use Apple Intelligence to give you more personalized suggestions based on your lifestyle and let you track other things, like your food intake.
visionOS 3
Even though it hasn't been a huge success, the Apple Vision Pro is here to stay. That means the company will also update its operating system in June.
The new visionOS 3 software update is rumored to be a small one. We expect Apple to improve the user interface while keeping the design the same.
Some rumors and speculations claim that Apple might add some Apple Intelligence features to its headset, but we'll have to wait and see which AI features make the cut.
tvOS 19
Apple hasn't given much love to its Apple TV, and unfortunately for its users, this year might be no different.
The current rumors only point out that Apple will mostly improve tvOS while keeping the design and most of its features the same.
More Apple Intelligence Features Might Be Announced
Apple Intelligence has been underwhelming since it was announced almost a year ago. While there are many promised features that we can't wait to see, the current reality makes Apple's AI technology just not worth it.
This is why WWDC will probably be a huge opportunity for the company to showcase its work. According to rumors, we might see some cool new Apple Intelligence features that hopefully will arrive sooner rather than later.
For starters, there have been rumors about a new update to the AirPods that will allow you to translate in real-time. This means that you can have a conversation with someone in another language, and your AirPods will translate everything into English. When you respond, your iPhone will translate what you say to the other person.
Additionally, as we mentioned before, the Apple Health app will get an AI boost, turning it into an AI coach. With this new feature, the Health app will analyze the data it's stored and give you suggestions on how to improve your health.
This would give you information about the possible risks you might experience if you're not careful with your health, and it will share some videos made by professionals to help you even more.
Of course, we're still waiting for the Siri improvements Apple announced last year. These improvements, like the ability to understand personal context, will probably come next year, which means we might not see them until iOS 19.4 is released.
Will We See New Hardware During the 2025 WWDC?
While it's pretty unlikely, some speculators still think Apple might launch a new product or two.
There have been some rumors that Apple might launch one of the new Mac Pros and even a new HomePod. There have been rumors that Apple is working on a HomePod with a built-in display, and WWDC would be the perfect time to reveal it.
After all, the company has revealed new products during the WWDC, so this wouldn't be that far-fetched. Still, take it with a huge grain of salt.
Get Ready for the 2025 WWDC
Apple has already confirmed that WWDC will start on June 9. The company will kick off its event with its keynote, which will start at 10 a.m. PT.
While we're certain that Apple will mostly focus on the reveal of the new software updates, we're still hoping to see "one more thing" from the company.
Of course, it's worth noting that we don't know anything for sure right now. All we have are rumors and leaks, so take them with a grain of salt. The good news is that we'll know everything that's actually coming in less than one month.
