Streaks has been on the App Store for years, and there’s a reason why it’s still one of the best apps to stay on top of your goals.
With Streaks, all you need to do is add a habit that you’d like to make or break this year. Once you do that, you can set up some daily reminders and you’re good to go.
Streaks will make sure to remind you during the day that you need to complete that habit. After you do what you need to do — or stop doing the habit you want to break — you mark it in the app and get ready to do it the next time.
The app is pretty straightforward, and it lets you keep track of up to 24 tasks at once. You can even add it to your iPhone’s Home Screen as a widget or to your Apple Watch as a complication, so you never forget about your habits.
With Streaks, you can also keep track of how many days you’ve completed a specific task to keep you motivated. And if you aren’t completing a task as well as you wanted, the app will suggest small changes you can implement to make the habit-forming process a bit easier.
