iPhone 7 Pro Design ‘Confirmed’ By Freshly Leaked Schematics

Well, it looks like it’s shaping up to be anything but a conventional week up at 1 Infinite Loop. After a lackluster earnings report on Tuesday, followed by a slew of additional negative news reports, it seems that a few leaked images have revealed what the Cupertino-company has in store for us in terms of the iPhone 7.

Responsible for spilling the beans is the popular Japanese Blogging website, Mac Fan, who has claimed responsibility for leaking images of several heading-to-market devices in the past. However, these shots are definitely the first of what appears to be the Silicon Valley iPhone-maker’s forthcoming iPhone ‘7 Pro’ handset.

Oh yeah, by the way, for those of you who haven’t been in the loop lately, the most recent rumors all but prove Apple is working on a so-called ‘iPhone 7 Pro’ handset — which will surpass even the iPhone 7 Plus in terms of specifications and functionality, and could even feature a dual-lens optical imaging camera set up.

In addition, though perhaps not to the surprise of many, it appears by the schematics that Apple is indeed planning to axe the standard 3.5mm headphone jack. We had been hearing rumors to that affect for quite a while now, and we have been almost certain that Apple would make the transition for months. So I guess that dispute is finally settled, huh? I suppose if you want a thin phone, you have to be willing to make radical sacrifices.

On a similar note, the images also appear to reveal that neither a speaker, as was originally speculated, or a port, or anything else has taken the place of Apple’s 3.5mm jack. And while this could change as the company continues to work out the last minute bits-and-pieces, bottom-line these schematics detail what could very easily become Apple’s next commercial success story.

I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see what happens though, right? Of course, if Apple has taught us anything over the years, it’s that things can always change overnight; and these leaks should be taken with an extra thick grain of salt until the curtain finally falls.

Could this be Apple’s next big hit or the next big flop? Let us know in the comments below.
