Bottom Line: This device has the power to improve your mood, concentration, and sleep in a natural way – as long as you're willing to give it a shot.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, having trouble dozing off, or experiencing difficulty concentrating, you may be seeking a natural remedy to improve your daily life and sleep patterns. (I mean, who isn’t?) Luckily, there’s a new solution for these age-old issues that thankfully doesn’t come from a pharmacy.

It’s called the Apollo wearable – a truly unique and science-backed wearable device that utilizes distinctive combinations of low-frequency inaudible sound waves that can reliably and effectively enhance how you feel and how you function throughout the day and night.

Basically, the Apollo wearable uses touch therapy technology to soothe anxieties and help improve your mood, performance, and sleep. But does it work?

I used the Apollo wearable for a week and ended up feeling pretty impressed with the device overall and I’m very excited to continue using it. Here’s what happened.

Unboxing the Apollo Wearable

After opening up the box, you’ll find the actual wearable, two bands in large and small varieties (which remind me of the Nike Sport Loop for the Apple Watch), an easy-to-understand beginner’s guide, and a braided Micro USB charging cable.

That last part was a bit of a bummer; as the entire industry is moving toward USB-C, USB-C certainly would’ve been nice to see on the wearable. It’s obviously not a deal-breaker – but still worth mentioning.

The Apollo is a good-looking device and is easy to wear after a slight learning curve.

Fit Tip: If you’re struggling to find the right fit, you’ll want to slide the device all the way down the band to the ring. It’s simple and effective and makes switching between wearing Apollo on your wrist or ankle easy as can be.

Setting up and Using the Apollo

Setting up the Apollo is relatively straightforward, although you’ll need a little bit of help – luckily, the Apollo comes with a quick guide to get you up and going. You’ll only need to complete steps two through seven once; using the Apollo after that is painless. But the first thing you’ll need to do is charge it.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Charge the Apollo to 100%.
  2. Download and launch the Apollo app.
  3. Create your Apollo account.
  4. Press the dotted button on the Apollo.
  5. Wait until you see a blinking blue light.
  6. Head back to the app and tap “Connect to your Apollo.”
  7. On your iPhone, find the Bluetooth Pairing Request and tap “Pair.”
  8. Put the Apollo on your wrist or ankle. (We recommend using the wearable on the inside of your ankle.)
  9. Head back to the app and choose your desired mode!

Navigating the Apollo

Navigating the Apollo is easy: it only has two buttons. One button has a dotted edge, and the other is flat. See? Simple.

  • Improve mood.
  • Increase concentration.
  • Enhance sleep.
  • Reduce stress.
Apollo App Features

The app will be the control center for the device, and it’s uncomplicated to use. Open the app, find the mode you want to use, and tap the play button. Voila!

But you can also personalize modes to your liking and fine-tune the settings there for duration and intensity. I like to set the timer to the mode’s max duration, as I prefer to play my favorite modes as long as possible.

When your Apollo kicks in, you’ll feel gentle waves of vibration that help your body meet the goal that you selected. You’ll likely notice a difference in just a few minutes. Apollo offers seven modes created for different goals:

Energy and Wake Up ??

Gives you a boost of energy when you’re feeling tired and sluggish. Other uses: Boring meetings, to feel alert, or when seeking espresso.

Social and Open
