If you’re a T-Mobile user, we’ve got good news for you. Yesterday, T-Mobile announced it’s updating benefits for its wireless plan users with better connections internationally, savings on gas, and more.

T-Mobile Gas Savings

Starting on June 21, all the way through the week of Labor Day, participating customers will get a discount of 25 cents per gallon at Shell stations.

This isn’t the first time T-Mobile has offered this kind of discount, but it’s the biggest discount the company has offered. Before, T-Mobile offered a discount of up to 15 cents per gallon.

It’s worth noting that you won’t have an unlimited discount. T-Mobile clarified that you’d get this 25-cent-discount for up to 20 gallons each week. That’s a total of $5 per week. Still, considering the current gas prices, we’ll take all the discounts we can get.

On top of helping you with gas prices, T-Mobile also offers a one-year membership for free for the American Automobile Association, or AAA for short. If your vehicle breaks down or you need to jump-start it, AAA will be able to help you out with that.

High-Speed Data Worldwide

T-Mobile users with international plans will also get some extra benefits. Besides Magenta Max and Business Unlimited, Ultimate users will now get up to 5GB of high-speed data worldwide, which beats the 256Kbps T-Mobile used to give – T-Mobile promises speeds up to 5G while traveling internationally.

You’ll still get the same benefits if you are a regular Magenta user. Unfortunately, you won’t get the same data everywhere as this benefit will only be available in 11 European countries, including Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.

Free Wi-Fi on Flights

On top of that, customers with Magenta Max and Business Unlimited plans will also get free Wi-Fi during their flights. It seems T-Mobile really wants you to travel this season, and with these benefits, it’s hard to say no to that.

This offer will start on June 21, and it’s only available on select flights from Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines, and America Airlines. However, there are plans to add this offer to United Airlines, albeit the company didn’t specify when that would happen.

Again, if you’re a regular Magenta user, you’ll also get some of the same benefits. For instance, you’ll still be able to access free Wi-Fi during your flights, but that’ll only be for four flights per year. Afterward, you’ll get access to one hour of browsing for free, which will also include the ability to stream videos.

T-Mobile Really Wants You to Travel

There’s no doubt T-Mobile is making it easier and even cheaper to travel this season. Sure, it might not seem like much, but any perk is welcomed, especially for a service you already pay for each month.
