66 New Card Issuers Gain Support for Apple Pay in the United States

There appears to be no stopping Apple Pay from infiltrating every last nook and cranny of the financial, card-related sector in the United States.

In fact, just in time for the Holidays, Apple has updated its list of over 850 card issuers in the states to include a whopping 66 additional banks, credit unions, and warehouse clubs — including, most notably, BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Even despite the generous number of additions to Apple Pay’s ever-evolving support system, however, the company’s progress in expanding its base has been somewhat unremarkable. In other countries, for example — such as Canada, The UK, and Australia — Apple Pay is still not supported by a vast majority of retailers and financial institutions.

I guess we’ll just have to give that to time, however, in the interim, a comprehensive, alphabetical list of the newest stateside additions is provided below.
