Are there no official Apple Stores near you? That may no longer be a problem because Target is doubling Apple’s presence in 17 select stores, effectively creating mini Apple Stores with specialized employee training, larger product assortments, and even enhanced services for Target customers.

The new initiative is debuting online on Target’s website and app and will begin rolling out in preselected physical stores this month, which are listed below.

Customers can expect new product displays and lighting fixtures within these mini Apple Stores highlighting iPhones, iPads, AirPods, HomePods, Apple Watches, official Apple accessories, and more.

Target says that “the new shopping destination offers an even easier way to shop for Apple products at Target by bringing these products and accessories together in one space that has been designed for guests to experience new products through demonstrations and knowledgeable Target Tech Consultants, who will receive specialized training from Apple.”

Christina Hennington, executive vice president and chief growth officer at Target, hopes that the new shopping experience will build on Target’s strength “as a go-to destination for electronics.”

“On Target.com or via the Target app, guests will now find a dedicated Apple experience that features an extended assortment of Apple accessories,” Target wrote in its press release.
