iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus rumors have been heating up dramatically over the past few weeks, with freshly leaked images seeming to appear on the internet every day. And just recently we’ve learned that there is a great chance the iPhone 7 will be released with double the amount of base storage, a hefty 32GB, and a brand new color option that fans of the color black will surely be pleased to see.

Today, an unexpected photo has been leaked depicting packaging from Apple’s latest and greatest smartphone, which is set to grace us this within the next few weeks.

In the photo we can clearly see the specifications of a 256GB iPhone 7 Plus. In the package, allegedly, you’ll find the highly-anticipated and sometimes scorned Lightning EarPods. Even more interesting, and what is sure to be good news for most Apple fans, the iPhone 7 Plus will also feature a Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter.

This, in effect, would allow people to use a traditional set of headphones with their devices among other things, like cassette adapters and auxiliary cables for use in vehicles with pre-Bluetooth in-dash stereos.

There is a good chance this specification sheet could be faked, however the prevalence of the rumors and previously documented evidence seem to lay the hubbub to rest. If I had to bet my two cents on it, I’d say this is the real deal.

Are you happy with Apple’s decision to include a 3.5mm headphone adapter?
